The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With prices that won't break the bank, you get a clean and functional room with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Just set back from the main row of shops in the center of the city, it's very conveniently near the city center and just a short walk away from the famous Bairro Alto.
All was great, nothing to improve.

The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. They were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The cocktail bar was a great spot to relax and the drinks were delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city and wandering around the old center. We felt safe and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, thanks to the flexible and friendly cleaners.
There were a couple of issues. One of the pipes in the sink was flowing, causing water to spill onto the floor.

The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and in the real center of this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. breakfast was provided and offered a wide range of options to choose from.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I had a great sleep on the comfortable bed and enjoyed the clean facilities. The staff were friendly and quickly brought an extra pillow when I requested it. I'd definitely stay again. I recommend Turim.

Great central location for public transport and tourist attractions. Comfortable bed, clean room, and hot shower. Helpful and friendly staff, providing useful information. Good value for money, would stay again. Lovely restaurant with exceptional service.
